Mr. Brooks,

I have a couple of questions that you can probably answer without a FOIA request. 

1. Was the teachers' contract for 1 year or 2?  If it was for 2 years, then where is year 2 of the contract sent to me?  On page 30 section 9, it staes the duration is through June 30, 2006. 

2. What financial accounting software does the district use?

I also have a point of clarification for you.  The FOIA requirements are to complied with in 7 days or an extension requested for another 7 days.  In essence, documents requested must be provided within 7 days unless and extension is requested in writing.
