Dear Superintendent Tenbusch, 

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, 5 ILCS 140/1 et seq., this is a request for a copy of the following record(s): 

I am requesting the following documents (electronically for all documents possible):
•	All audited budgets for the year prior to the first referendum up
to the one you sent from last year.
•	Check registers for each year corresponding to the audited budgets.
•	Current and Prior Teacher Contracts including salary charts
•	All Administrator Contracts and addendums or revisions
•	List of all payments for sick/vacation time buy backs of all staff
since the final year of Dr. Marks tenure
•	List of all payments made to retired and currently retiring teachers and administrators during the final 4 years of district employment since 2001.
•	District procedures in place on or before May 15, 2006 for handling a FOIA request from the public
•	Update/Current district procedures for handling a FOIA request from the public
•	Detailed reasons for the changes in district procedures for handling a FOIA request from the public

If any record or portion of a record responsive to this request is contained in a record or portion of a record deemed unresponsive to the request, I would like to inspect the entire document. Under the Freedom of Information Act, all non-exempt portions of any partially-exempt documents must be disclosed. 

If any fee in excess of $10.00 will be incurred in fulfilling this request, please obtain my approval before the fee is incurred. 

I request a waiver of any fees your office would ordinarily impose in responding to a request. I do not seek these records for commercial purposes and I intend to disseminate the information because disclosure is in the public interest in that it provides the community with an overview of the Pre-K Programs in the District.  The financial revenues received aid the community in determining how schools are funded.  This aids the District in possible attempts with the legislature to enact funding changes or in future referendums attempts.

If any records or portions of records are withheld, please state the exemption on which you rely, the basis on which the exemption is invoked, the name of the individual responsible for the decision, and the address to which an appeal should be addressed.
