Dr. Tenbusch,

As you have stated my email could have been forwarded to many people
once it was forwarded out of your email box.  This would mean that I
would have no real way of knowing who the poster was on GoFlo.  I have
never had any intention of divulging the name or other information of
this person on my website or GoFlo.  My point of finding out the
persons name and email to whom my emails were given were a simple
access of public records and the same courtesy you showed to this
person.

I have been told many times that you and the district are open to
providing information and answering any questions that may arise.  I
was just exercising this option to obtain as much information so that
my research was completely accurate.

I have to ask, what were your orginal rules on FOIA requests and why
are they being changed at this time?

Also, the spam filters in the district are continuing to deny my
emails.  Replies fail everytime.  Even new emails are failing
sporatically.  Can this be corrected?
