I believe whoever delivered that email did so electronically and not
in a printout.  Knowing the nature of the GoFlo message board and its
capabilities, the emails in questions were copied directly onto the
site and not retyped.

I respectfully request this matter be researched further. This is a
matter of public record.  The name of this person is public record
since they requested this document informally, just as my informal
request was made in email.
